She holds a BA in Movement from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, a BA in Economics from the Hebrew University, and an MA in Theatre Directing from Tel Aviv University. Over two decades, Tali has created numerous interdisciplinary works presented at festivals, museums, and on the streets of Israel and Europe, including site-specific creations for Gothenburg Opera Dance Company and Chemnitz Ballet.

In her artistic practice, Tali draws from the Feldenkrais method, seeking authentic and individual movement with reduced effort. This embodied research not only deepens her choreographic language but also nurtures an ability for empathy — an attentiveness to the subtle dynamics between self and others — which becomes central to her creative work.
A passionate advocate for bringing art into communities, she founded and directs the neighborhood ArtTour Festival in Tel Aviv 2021-2024, integrating dance, performance, and visual art into everyday urban life. Alongside her artistic work, Tali teaches improvisation, contact, dance, and Feldenkrais to diverse populations, and serves as an assistant trainer in Feldenkrais teacher training programs in Israel and China. She lives in Tel Aviv with her partner and their two daughters
