ArTour Festival

I constantly search for the connection between environment, people, and art and believes art should be accessible to a broad audience and integrated into our daily lives.  Along last 4 years we founded, curated, and produced communal festival with 60 artists presenting various disciplines in the public space. ArTour Festival with the support of the Community Manager, Tel Aviv Municipality. Choreographer’s Israel association, and Culture and Sports Administration.

It all began with a long-standing dream of Tali Zavilevich – an independent dancer and choreographer, resident of Tel Aviv’s Old North – to create an arts festival that connects the reality we live in with the world of art.
Before long, others joined her:
Michal Liblich – researcher of public art in Israel
Ruti Zuta – content creator
Noa Rudick – multidisciplinary producer who binds the neighborhood together with love, initiative, and energy
Ziv Rubinzon – producer who turns every idea into reality
Yehudit Pasov – artist and community art facilitator
Ketty Kanevsky – artist and cultural project manager
Itamar Ashpah – artist and musician
We create ArtTour with love and dedication – through countless phone calls, Zoom meetings, neighborhood gatherings, and conversations while working and raising children. We nurture the festival out of curiosity, a passion for art in all its forms, and a deep affection for our neighborhood and the community around us.

Our heartfelt thanks to The Tel Aviv-Jaffa Municipality’s Community Division that has been our partner in vision and in the complex realization of the festival for four consecutive years.
